Jennifer Sharp has been Partner and Financial Officer of ElderCare Consultants, LLC since 2000. She has over 25 years of experience in working as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in the fields of Case Management and Aging Life Care. Her financial skills and attention to detail are instrumental in working with our clients and families. She serves as an Aging Life Care Professional, Daily Money Manager, Power of Attorney, and Conservator for our clients.  

Jennifer is a member of the American Association of Daily Money Managers, the Conservatorship Association of Tennessee, the Professional Network on Aging and participates with the Aging Commission of the Mid-South.  

When Jennifer is not working, she spends time with her two children, three dogs, two horses, and one ferret.  She enjoys reading, music, and traveling.

Jessica Hyte, MS has a Masters in Gerontology from Concordia University Nebraska and is an Aging Life Care Professional with ElderCare Consultants, LLC serving the Northern Mississippi and West Tennessee areas. She serves as Care Manager, Power of Attorney, and Conservator to a variety of clients.

Jessica has 10 years of experience in the aging life care field, including Care Management, Advocacy, Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care, Mental Health, Traumatic Brain Injury, Life Skills Training, and Life Enrichment. She has had a well rounded career as the Program Manager of a dementia care community, Case Manager for mental health care recipients, and a Life Skills Trainer for traumatic brain injury survivors.

Jessica has a passion for providing individuals with person centered care, ensuring each person has a care plan dedicated to their needs and desires while navigating their healthcare. She is a member of the Professional Network on Aging for Memphis/Shelby County and a Professional Member of the Aging Life Care Association.

Jessica is married and lives in Hernando, MS. She and her husband are proud parents of their daughter, who is the “light of their life”.

Lu Lee C. Cobb, BBA, has been a Trustee, Conservator, Accountant and Personal Assistant for seniors and families since 1999.  She also has years of experience as an accountant for many companies in Memphis. She found her love and gift of working with seniors and has been appointed Trustee and Conservator of Person and Estate for many clients and families.  Lu Lee gives each client the personal attention they need, helps them with navigating their health care needs, and she treats them like family.

Lu Lee has handled distribution of assets from a client’s estate, listed and sold real estate for clients, and works closely with families and caregivers. She assists with Daily Money Management and works with attorneys in estate administration.  

Lu Lee is a native Memphian.  She graduated from University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting.  She has one son and daughter-in-law who live in Meridian, MS.  Lu Lee is a Master Gardener and her favorite plant is hydrangeas.  She is a member of the Hydrangea Society.  Lu Lee also enjoys playing bridge, shanghai and mahjong with her many friends.  

Stephanie Hale, LPTA, is an Aging Life Care Professional with ElderCare Consultants, LLC serving as Care Manager. She is a licensed physical therapy assistant with over 20 years of experience working for the aging life community in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Continuing Care Retirement Communities, and Memory Care Living facilities. She has a passion for taking care of others and being an advocate for her clients.

Stephanie is a Memphis native who currently lives in Arlington, TN, and is a proud mother to her teenage son. In her free time, she enjoys music, especially live music, spending time with her family, and cooking.

Melanie Reape is a native Memphian who graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Liberal Studies in Education and Behavioral Sciences. She has experience as both an Accounting Administrative Assistant and in Human Resources in the Skilled Nursing Facilities industry.

Melanie is excited to be back in the field as Office Manager for ElderCare Consultants, as she has a passion for the elderly and ensuring they receive the best care possible. Melanie and her husband have two boys who keep them very busy! In her spare time, she also enjoys reading, doing puzzles, camping and spending time with friends and family.

Sally Nickle, BA, PTA, CDP, SRES is an Aging Life Care Specialist with ElderCare Consultants, LLC.

She has over 28 years of providing focused care, compassion, and patient advocacy for the elderly and those with physical disabilities. Sally is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and has worked as a Therapy Program Director in all levels of care. She has a special interest in dementia care and was certified as a Dementia Care Practitioner in 2020. She knows and appreciates the challenges facing seniors and their families today. Sally holds a BA Degree from the University of Mississippi and an AAS Degree from Shelby State Community College. Sally is a Realtor/Senior Real Estate Specialist and member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors.

She lives in Lakeland with her two rescue dogs and has been a member of the Lakeland Community Advisory Board since 2019. She enjoys gardening, cooking, treasure hunting at estate sales, theater, concerts and travel. She volunteers with the organization, STARS (Singles Together Achieving Results) and at the Germantown Performing Arts Center.
